WHY CHOOSE A CONDO (APARTMENT) OVER A VILLA OR HOTEL ROOM.
What would you choose, a cramped hotel room with just two beds, a tv set and a single bathroom and coffee machine if you want a drink, or a villa which, although you have a private pool, you have to pay if you want it heated.
Come rent our condo on a gated community with two heated pools (at no extra cost) two Jacuzzis, an exercise room, games room and floodlit tennis courts. Come meet & socialise with your fellow holiday makers round the pool, plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols for you to use. We have recently refurbished our 3 bedroom ground floor condo to a very high standard. This is a truly luxurious executive condo with new furniture and fittings.
All the quality bedding and towels for both inside the condo and the pool are provided. No expense has been spared. We would hope our condo is as tastefully decorated as your own home. When you compare costs with hotel rooms or villas, ours is very competitive/good value for money. Having the facilities to be able to prepare & cook your own meals inhouse is an advantage rather than having to rush out in a morning to find restaurants for breakfast and also works out a lot cheaper! The fridge/freezer with icemaker is large enough to stock with food, pop, beers and ices for the children.
The condo is close to Walmart & Publix supermarkets for all your needs. We are just a 10 minute comfortable drive to Disney and 20/30 minutes (depending on the traffic) to Sea World & Universal Studios. We have an information pack on the property for your convenience. After a hard day in the parks, come back to the complex and take advantage of the pool and Jacuzzi. Then relax in front of our very large screen TV with cable link, watch a DVD or play a game on the Playstation (PS2). A small selection of DVD’s & games are available for your use. |
